Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. If we experience a high volume of orders or delays due to unforeseen circumstances (such as weather), shipping may be delayed. You will be notified if this affects your order.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-11 business days

  • Express Shipping: 4-8 business days

  • International Shipping: 10-20 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Need to cancel your order? No problem — just email us at orders.oqessa@gmail.com as soon as possible using the same email address you used at checkout.

Please note: We ship most orders within the same day, often even sooner. Because of this fast turnaround, there’s only a small window to cancel before your order is dispatched.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll issue a full refund right away.
If it has already shipped, we won’t be able to cancel it — but don’t worry, we’re always happy to work with you to find a solution.

Once the order has been dispatched, you will have to go through our standard returns policy.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your shipment. You can track your package on our website or directly through the carrier's site.

Customs & Import Duties:
For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any additional customs fees, taxes, or import duties imposed by their country. Please check with your local customs office for more information on customs policies.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
Once an order is shipped, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier to deliver it safely. If a package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier immediately. If you need assistance with this process, please reach out to our customer service team.
